Our VISION is to make 1 million families Obesity free and disease free. It will happen by spreading awareness about obesity and providing sustainable solution to be free from obesity. Education empowers and transforms. In fitfamilyhitfamily, we educate and empowers our clients about the science of good health, food, nutrition so they don’t need a coach in future for their Weight-Management.
FitFamilyHitFamily is an online community for Healthy & Sustainable Weight Loss. It started its journey 20 years ago in offline mode. Actually, the founders of the community had some health challenges which were not solved by medical industry.
They researched on their own, studied nutrition science and then applied those principles on themselves. Within few months they started getting results. There were many problems in the families also, so they helped them too with their knowledge. After getting great results on themselves and their families, they started sharing their knowledge of Priciples of Nutrition with the people. They got very good response and a community of like minded, heath concious families started getting formed.
Few years later, another health condition took their attention when the lady herself gained weight, primarily as Belly Fat, post child delivery. She was not able to get rid of that belly fat, then they started studying more deeply about science of weight loss. Again she applied knowledge on herself and got rid of belly fat. Using their knowledge & practical experience, they designed weight loss program to help others who are overweight and obese. Now they have a team of 18+ Weight Loss coaches who are well qualified and knowledgeable. Now together they all are serving the community passionately. Many of them are beneficiaries of this community’s Weight Loss program and now they are part of this FitFamilyHitFamily movement.
